My Hours in the header lists the hours on your volunteer record, one row per shift: the date, the event, its mission and type, and the hours.

Volunteer Hours for Lena Chou: a search box, Date range set to Last 12 months, 6 of 7 records, and a table of shifts at White Center and Tiny House Village.

Showing all time, then searching for one event.

Choosing dates

Date range starts at Last 12 months. Choose All time for everything on your record, or Custom to pick a start and end date. The count beside it says how many rows match.

The Date range menu open, offering All time, Last 12 months and Custom.

Searching

The search box finds rows by event name, mission or type, and works together with the date range.

Your total by mission

Hours Summary adds up the rows you’re looking at: a total, then each of Tzu Chi’s missions. It follows the date range and search.

Hours Summary: Total Hours 16.00, Charity 16.00, and Education, Medicine and Humanistic Culture at 0.00.

Table settings

The gear button opens Table Settings. Choose which columns show, and whether to hide rows with 0 hours or an unknown event, then choose Save Preferences. Reset to Defaults puts them back. To move a column, drag the ⋮⋮ handle at the start of its heading.

Table Settings with Column Visibility checkboxes for Region, Event Name, Date, Hours, Type and Mission, and Record Filters for 0 hours and Unknown Event.

Sharing a date range

The page address keeps the date range, such as /s/hours#preset=allTime, or the start and end dates of a custom range. Bookmark it, or send it to someone, and it opens with the same dates. Each person still sees their own hours.
