Version 0.12.0 · Oct 8, 2026

  • Sign up for shifts on the event page

    Volunteers

Once you're part of an event, you can sign up for a shift on its page, without opening Bloomerang.

    How to use
  • See every shift of an event

    Volunteers

All shifts lists an event's upcoming shifts in one place. Search them, or narrow them to one day, open roles, or your own shifts.

    How to use
  • One shift at a time

    Volunteers

Within an event, you can't sign up for two shifts that happen at the same time. A role that overlaps your shift shows Time conflict instead of Sign up.

Tiny House Village's 24 October shift: signed up for Tzu Shao at Henderson, and the same-time General Volunteer role at Southend marked Time conflict.
    How to use
  • Every event has its own page

    Everyone

Event cards and the calendar now open the event's own page, which shows whether it's open for sign-up, its next shift, and who to contact.

White Center Distribution: its tags, time, schedule and address, Opportunity is open, and a contact email.
    How to use
  • Sign in from any page

    Everyone

Login is now at the top of every page, so you can sign in wherever you are.

    How to use
  • See who's on a private role

    Volunteers · Roster Viewers

Roles that coordinators fill themselves show "Assigned by coordinator" and who's on them, or "Assigned to you" if it's you.

White Center's 10 October shift marked Assigned by coordinator with three volunteers and no Sign up button.
    How to use
  • Review an event's service hours

    Admins

The new Hours tab lists the hours recorded for an event next to who was scheduled, so you can spot missed check-outs and no-shows.

  • See everyone's registration answers

    Admins

The new Responses tab on an event's page lists everyone who registered and how they answered its form, with their waivers summed up in one column. Arrange the columns, fold follow-up answers into their question, or go full screen.

Registration responses with names frozen on the left, then Waiver, From+Stay, Availability and Transportation.
